• Managing commodity and financial bookkeeping with the application of accounting policies and  accounting regulations

• Posting of business changes and control of the correctness of documentation for posting, posting of the general ledger, posting of books of incoming invoices (KIR), books of received invoices (KPR) as preparation of the VAT return

• Knowledge of accounting processes, accounting framework and monitoring of current regulations

• Analysis of the accounting treatment of business transactions

• Preparation  data by order of the Controlling service

• Performs other tasks as directed by the director or immediate supervisor

• Enters incoming invoices, statements and other accounting documents into the accounting program

• Posting incoming and outgoing invoices,

• Makes calculations,

• Makes calculations for retail, wholesale and material warehouse,

• Makes calculations of the finished product,

• Performs financial operations,

• Creates orders and documentation for payment and collection and performs cashier duties,

• Issues pro-invoices and invoices and keeps records of issued pro-invoices and invoices,

• Issuing invoices and preparing their payment according to the order of the manager,

• Performs other administrative duties,

• Enters prepared data into the computer, controls the entered data and sorts and arranges the data,

• Performs all financial operations arising from the employer's activities,

• Creates orders and documentation for payment and collection,

• Monitors the employer's liquidity, maturity dates of payment instruments and payment security,

• Monitors and fulfills the employer's obligations based on the payment of taxes and contributions,

• Keeps up-to-date all the necessary records on the employer's financial operations,

• Archives documentation from workplace activities and is responsible for its proper storage

• Up-to-date management of all payments and calculations

• Properly keeping records of employees in software

• Preparation of documentation for implementation of subsidies for new employees

• Preparation of necessary documentation for employees in the form of decisions, confirmations and other requests for employees

• Up-to-date entry into the program of data for employees in the software, with mandatory compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act

• Active cooperation with the labor relations sector
